Secret Thalys connects Brussels, Paris and Strasbourg

The trains seems to be chartered by the European Parliament, and will connect Brussels, Paris and Strasbourg for the first time by high speed train.

There is some mystery around the first trip. Journalists were forbidden to take pictures of the chartered high-speed "European" train in the Brussels station, as reports belgian quality newspaper De Standaard.

Apparently, the press service of the EP is afraid of critics who say the high speed train connection from Brussels to Strasbourg is too expensive. On the other hand, it’s definitely less polluting than a flight..
