Brussels Airport

Brussels Airport is the main airport of Belgium. Most international companies fly to it. It is located at about 20km northwest of the Brussels centre.

From the Brussels Airport you can take a shuttle train that transports you directly to the heart of Brussels, the "Gare Centrale" railway station, at walking distance of the Brussels "Grand place" and "Bourse".

Taxis can get you to the Brussels city centre as well, but they are more expensive than the shuttle of the Belgian railways, called "SNCB". You can take the shuttle at the -2 level of the airport.

Brussels Airport is sometimes referred to as "Zaventem airport" or "Bruxelles-National" by belgian locals. For more information, take a look at the Brussels Airport website, at http://www.brusselsairport.be/en/.

The main company serving Brussels Airport is - logically - Brussels Airways.
